Remove any older versions of simteec, by deleting the
corresponding plugin directory.
Unzip the Simteec zipfile into your eclipse plugins directory
ATTENTION: If you are using eclipse 3.0M6, you might get an
error, when trying to use the plugin (something like
"...currently not available/supported..."). This is because of some
strange classloading behaviour in eclipse 3.0M6. So, if that happens,
you have to delete the .config folder in the Eclipse installation
directory.
